I had an idea to make an sticky in the terrain forum:Terrain Legends ! in the thread most be uber good terrain so noobs can see what is terrain befor they post ther terrain.

I like the idea. A sticky that in the first post, has some of the best terrains to grace the halls of the board. I think our terrainers on this site are mature enough not to resort to a popularity contest.

I think this idea is ok for newcomers.But terrainers might need to see some simpler terrains so they can take ideas and stuff.

Anyway this idea is really like and I think everyone is looking forward for this.

I don't think that someone must create a new thread on the Terrain Board. It is only needed to tell Craka to see this.

Sounds like a bad idea.
As there are few new threads each day in terrain forum and this seems just to be another way you can show your "legendary" terrains.

I know that it is going to turn in a mess, that's why I think Craka can moderate it.

If I would be the moderator, I wouldn't post my terrains just because it is mine. We are here to help the news to get some concepts of terrains, not to "sell your terrains".

Thats what we should avoid, so I dont think this is particulary good idea. And some terrains are like comparing chuck norris to naruto, they both suck/rock but in different way, which means they are uncomparable.

Seriously, we have the gallery, and we have the good terrainers making gallery threads in the gallery. I believe that is as good a showcase as it can get on a forum.

Well, someone will ask to add his/her terrain to the thread, FamousPker will add it to the 1st post, but if someone doesn't likes the terrain, only say and something will be done.

That's simple and efficent.
