Misha: first, uploading something on a site does not count as a 'personal use'
and second, it looks just too bulky and.. shapeless to look like that stone thingie you're trying to make..

I can suggest you to try editing a satyr. it has a very similar body shape as the picture you're having

Not sure if submitting as a public resource is within the range of 'personal use' but you should at least add in you description that people should also credit chr2 for the skin.

BTW, this just looks like the mountain giant reskined with added wings and horns. :/

I vote for rejection, not because of the skin use (come on, guys, he could just made the model with the original skin, I don't understand the difference), but because it is TOO simple of an edit and adds nothing to the model.

Sorry, but all you did was modify the head a little bit and add wings and horns, other than that you're just using the mountain giant with chr2's texture.

chr2 said "for personal use". That means for using on your own in a map, not for uploading as your own resource.

This could be accepted, if you:
1 - Change the original mesh to look more... different than the original. Make it thinner and more muscular.
2 - Make horns and wings bigger.
3 - Change the texture. In my opinion the original skin would much better.
