I'm in need of a spell and I'm not really sure how to make it

Flurry - Self Buff
Increases your attack speed by 100% for 3 hits or 10 seconds, the 3 hits you deal under the effect of flurry will ministun for 0.2 seconds.

It's a unit ability so no level scaling needed, it has to be mui and mpi of course.
