really good map. there is a problem with quest after u inform big boss mage. u go to basment of ruined house to talk to that acolyote guy and u cant interact(talk) with him.
you should put some info on those stats like marksmanship etc.
Are stats such as str,agi and int increasable and are there other skills to find but for mages and battlemages.
There's a bug with entering caves. after u exit your pointer on map switches to near center of map so u must guess where u are making map interaction quite usseless. entering basement fix's this.
Why not giving your pet rest ability?
and i am guessing those unpickablle pets are not finished yet?

Main quest isn't finished, once you come to Trioh, it's end there.
Yeah map miss items and abilities to play with ;)

My English is bad, so I can't work on quests so much. Be project finally got
member (Writer : Noxx-) that will help me with English grammar, he is
working right now on fixing intro cinematic (can be found on you tube, link in
gallery).

well pet rest would be nice add on cuzz while pet tanks hero rests and vice versa. since pet doesnt have active inventory for potions and such stuff.
And yeah nice going with inventory. it's really nicely done. even tho some description would do great :)
and if u cant go further with quest u could input some msg which would point that u cant go further in quest.
U could put difficulty settings at begining. like easy-cheats on, better item drops xx%. normal cheats off etc.
so u could input save/ load system :) since the map is huge. when it's done that could provide additional chalenge and u could that way input score system. :)

Inventory still need some polishing indeed, and I still need to include custom
attributes (Blade, Blunt...) into system.

This thing about difficulties is possible, but I need to balance map first.

Save/Load is already there, it works in latest map version, you will see
when I made update.

Also I continued main quest, finally. When I release new map version, main
story will be 2 or even 3 times bigger. Some optional quest may be removed or
recreated as well. And I will add Druids guild as well.

started playing it today, I rly like the inv and the pet system. BUT the game crashes at least every 20 mins while using spells or when dieing. thats pretty annoying. also i found the whole game system a bit confusing. at first i didnt get how to use spells and items in the inv system. maybe u could improve the description a bit? same goes for the stat system. some hints on the effects of the sub attributes would be good.

so far, hope a new (crash free) versions comes soon :)

Can you describe when exactly game crushed?

I was using Assasin with the whisp pet. most crashes happened when the whisp was casting his bounding spell or when i used a spell with my hero. also one time my hero just died but the whisp killed the creep with his last hit which gave me a level up. game instantly crashed then. hope this helps, gonna try again with another hero and another pet today.

Is there a way how to find out what the custom stats are doing ? Like Blade, Block, Scholarship, etc. They are no tooltips on them so i really dont know how they improve my character and what to focuse on upgrading ...
 
Right now custom attributes are useless.
But in version we are making right now attributes are included.

I will explain how they work with few examples:
- Swords and Daggers will require Blade attribute to be equipped.
- Spells will require Destruction, Resurrection... attributes to be equipped.
- Boots, armors and so on will require Heavy or Light Armor and so on.

Also after each new level (Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, Master), each attribute unlock or increase some bonus effect.

I've watched the "prologue" cinematic in the gallery
and i have a question

how comes that the story around the mysterious adventurer found unconscious and having no clues, turned around to be a story about angels, titans and all?
or was this all planned before? nice plot twist

i guess the story is already planned though :eek:

You will see, I explained who is Shadow Lord in cinematic (or did I), who are
SotP gods, forces of good and/or evil, how magic and races evolved on planet
Erebos where our story takes place. And finally at very end I made small intro
when I said: We (Angels) come here once again searching for key, hoping to
find it first, because this time they (refers to Shadow) have come with us as well.

Wait and see, update should be rdy in few weeks, with new main quests.

Great map i wait for the next version, save/load sistem will be in the next version right?? One thing try in cave like from Tom's house the camera can't be controlled and it's pretty anoying. Make it normal. Rest great job!!!

I love this map, good systems... great map! =D

but.. i found some bugs...

1 - Well, the main quest, called "Raise of the Fallen", which is for me to find the "Trioh" I think he and I try to interact with it, nothing happens, I click on it, I do everything, anything and nothing happens .. . and quest does not end.

2 - Is taking MUCH more than 10 minutes to respawn animals.

3 - I got lvl 5 and did not drop ANY item, no magic, nothing nothing nothing ...

So I think something is very wrong ...

so , it's not a bug, it is an end of story :)

Oh, I see. Anyway, were the leaks right?

EDIT: I just realized that at least on line 7433 there is NOT a leak. The system does not currently support hash tables.

I don't think any of those from above were leaks :)
I used to do something like
local string sfx = "blablabla/moarblablabla.mdx"
and then depending on some variables I use it that way or change it into something else.

That was the only common thing in all those functions from above if I remember right >.>

Anyway new code use different approach to problem, so it's more or less ok now.

I have the same problem as this guy. The crash first happened when I used the wisp with the Agent. It happened roughly twenty minutes in. I further tested it with the Assassin and wisp, and the crash happens again. Now, I play with the Assassin and turtle and so far, no crash. Any save game up till the point of the crash stops working once the crash happens.

Don't know if it'll help but, here's the crash report. I'm enjoying the game so far, but would really enjoy it once I can start using the wisp :D

All mentioned above is already fixed, I think I informed you about it in change log.
Problem is save load that make some errors without any reason :(
I'm busy with exams, but as soon as I handle school problems I will come back to this,
fix new items created (yes all items are re-created, all creeps are re-created, new abilities,
new terrain new main quests and so on).

All the settings from options must be at the highest. Also very high resolution is recommended. If your options are wrong it might cause critical error on the loading screen or later ingame.

I was fighting crabs and something stunned my pet and the stun just didn't go off. My hero was killed and i respawned with my pet in the village and the pet is still forever stunned and i cant do anything with him.

And could someone tell me the benefits of leveling your hero, because i have a level 14 knight with 67 invested in Blade and i still deal about the same amount off damage and I only got 16 strength.

hi, i've got annoying problems which makes this map unplayable.
1. When I press F3 (inventory) I can't leave it no more
2. Interacting works, but damn rarely (1/50 times i'm trying to interact?)

1. There is CLOSE button that will hide inventory...
2. Interact works only when needed (example -> quest requirement)...

damn, thanks... anyway it took me some time to figure out where close button lies :grin:
still, interacting works weird, but maybe it's just my feeling (I can spam this button and only after 50th click it's working).
