i might be slow, but i just realised that you have bolded "THE SECTION RULES ARE OUTDATED.
TO FIND CURRENT SECTION RULES PLEASE VISIT THE SECTION'S FORUM."
wouldn't it be better to just update the Rules section and remove what rules doesn't exist anymore?
