Resource update error

When I tried to update my system in spell section there was following message:

Your spell does already exist: see it here

As you see the link sent me to a random resource that is not available anymore. (and not by me)

Finaly it worked for me after going back and retrying it, but still I thought you might want to know about it.

That must have been a hash collision then. What is your spell?

Yeah, and it kind of stacked. When I just retried there was always the same error. But after I closed it all and tried from null again it worked fine.

Very weird. When it gives you this error, it is because of a hash collision, but that just doesn't seem possible.
