Resource comments resulting a notification

This might be really helpful for all of you who submit any type of resources. Well, we receive comments in the submitted resources of ours, but we don't check back at them really often, so a comment might contain a question, really crucial for the resource. Shouldn't we have a notification that let us know of a user commenting on a resource of ours?

This will send a notification or an e-mail? I speak of notifications only.

A notification, but you'll only notice it when you're in the User CP page.

You can subscribe in 3 different ways:
1. no email notification (usercp)
2. instant email notification
3. daily email notification
