Removing/Tinting Water Effects {tides and splashes}

Heya. Before I start; no, I don't mean tinting the water itself. I mean the shore waves and splashes water makes against cliff, as seen in the pic below.

Even if its impossible, I'd be thankful for any help, as well as +rep.

You can try importing a custom water model. Else I don't think it is possible.

There is a way to do this. I remember I once came across an option for this, but I don't remember where it was.

Go to Scenario -> Map Options then uncheck ''Show waves on cliff shores'' and ''Show waves on rolling shores''
