Regarding DPS

Hey,
Someone requested something regarding this.
DPS - Damage per Second

The formula for calculating DPS is..
DPS = [(MinDmg+MaxDmg)/2]/Attack Speed

Easy. Here comes the hard part - Calculating attack speed
The formula I found on TH is..
IAS = BaseCD * (100/ (100 + Bonuses))

What does the bonuses mean?

Bonues like +15 % attack speed from Gloves of Haste.

Those bonuses stack, +15 % and another +15 % makes +30 % total bonus.

So the bonuses just include +15 ? Not as a percentage form? (0.15)
