Recent PTR Updates

Hi,
my Blizzard updater seems to have updated the PTR of Warcraft several times in the last weeks. Does anybody know something about the changes? Is Blizzard fixing some minor stuff?

If you use a VPN or change physical location often there's a small download every time Battle.net changes what server you connect to.
