1. Information

You will solve JASS missions and learn how to tackle certain problems yourself.

Start a mission and post your solution in a thread. You don't have to do missions in order, but it's highly advised as some missions content will become helpful for latter missions. Also ensure to use the correct [PREFIX] when you start a new thread. For example, use the [Feedback] prefix if you have general feedack about the class that you want to discuss in public.

Everyone is encouraged to help each other, but the sense of the class is to learn solving the missions on one's own, and not only to copy-paste the solution. So if you have questions, always explain where and what you don't understand, -- and if you answer, then always try to suggest something useful, but don't post complete solutions.
2. Requirements

WEXWEX is recommended as it shows every JASS function in a list, throws you helpful syntax errors from your code, allows proper text highlithing and more.

Basic Knowledge
It's required that you've spent some time already with triggers and the overall WorldEditor, as it would be too time consuming having to to explain details, like how to add an event to a trigger, for example. So playing around in the trigger editor and reading basic tutorials is definitly asked for.

Time
You won't do good for yourself if you just rush through missions and maybe don't test or submit everything. Really, you should take your time to carefuly read and think about the missions. It's even better you do one mission at a session properly than doing everything at one day but not being fully aware of the subject matter aimed to learn.

3. Last Word

It's called JASS Class, but you're also allowed to use JASS variations, like vJASS, or Zinc to solve your missions, if you feel more comfortable with it.

In case you mention issues or have critiques related to a mission, you can always PM it's submitter. It can help to improve the mission for the future.

You are very welcome to submit your own mission content. Just PM me. Though, please try to follow the pattern of already existing missions, and also don't try to cover a too specific theme that most mappers would not even need. Also keep in mind, that the mission should be solveable with vanilla JASS (for now).
