I've seen maps like Maze makers do this before. But i cant find the trigger of function for it.

How exactly do i elevate/decrease height? (Like raise and lower tool in WE)

erm... Can't recall the exact action, it was something like environment - (permanent) terrain deformation of crater with negative height for a hill.

Nope. Make sure you clean the point leak.
