How to Make Verticle Slopes

Since the patches came out I am no longer able to make near verticle slopes witht he raise/lower tool. I know you are supposed to change some value in the data file, but since the patches came out I can no longer find that file. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you for your help

Download MiscData from this post and place it in your installation folder (C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\war3.mpq\UI\MiscData.txt).

You should create a folder called "war3.mpq" if one does not exist yet.
