How to change max slope angle

I downloaded the file MiscData and created a folder in my WC3 folder called UI and put the file in there. I made sure that maxslope=87. However, it isnt working as slopes still are only 45 degrees in the editor. Has something changed with the recent patches? How do i get nearly verticle slopes again? Thanks!

Create a war3.mpq folder (The '.mpq' should be included in the folder name) and put the UI folder inside it, then put the custom MiscData inside the UI folder.
