Question On Campaigns

I just want to know:
Why is vJass not recommended to be used at campaigns?

For some reason, I keep seeing people say it.
If im wrong that its not recommended, please do say.

I dont see any reason for that. Maybe they mean that JNGP can cause some problems
with a campaign with multiple maps.
