Quest Menu Text

so when i open quests(f9)
On right there is Main quests and on left Optional Quests
How do i change those two
So there is writen something else

go to the Game Interface then find Text - General - 'Main Quests' and Text - General - 'Optional Quests'. Those should be the ones you want to change.
