Ok,if the map ready soon better PM me the link to download it yeah chuculain right do not focus to the AI first focus to the model,item,hero,tavern,and the killing streak you can Add AI when the map reach a beta stage first oh and yeah if you onna pm the link on this week maybe i can't test it because i'm sick now

  • Pudge's Rot - Removed mana cost, edited tooltips.
  • Pudge's Dismember - Changed it's cooldown, tooltips.
  • Pudge's Meat Hook - Changed it's cooldown, mana cost, casting range, tooltips
  • Pudge's Flesh Heap - Changed it's effect, tooltips.


Just so you know what I changed.

hey are you fix the rot name because in there the rot name is mana shield -_-
oh and yeah you can add hero in the tavern in top left you can add a agility pudge int pudge and strength pudge ...
every pudge have an a different skill how bout to making another boss
like this when you killed the 1st boss gonna spawn another boss stronger and have another models not just like pudge

I think I fixed that when I last edited the map, lol. Did I not fix that? :ogre_rage:

Btw, here's a background story for the map I made:


Undead behemoths, called abominations, were the face of terror among those who opposed them. They had foul odor, round bodies, and faces that would make anyone shriek in horror. They use their special hooks to catch their prey, and their body diseases and filth to poison their enemies. Once they finish eating up their prey, they get a little bulkier, making them more immune to damage. They also use their sharp teeth to dismember his victims. Until now, they are roaming around Nightcity, hunting victims, and killing each other in order to become the strongest abomination there is. Thus the name, Pudge the Butcher.

Remove Kelen's Dagger of Escape
Adding Force Staff
Remove Sfx on pudge
Adding Aghanim's Scepter

and maybe adding more dota items like blademail ..

if you have more items suggestion jst let me know ..

@Shanghai about creep respawn, i'm talking about neutral creeps, i saw the neutral creep trigger and its not good, i'll do the creep respawn just like in dota that respawn a random neutral creeps every 60 seconds.

Don't release the beta version of the map yet, since we're still updating it, and the tooltips are still a piece of crap. Or maybe you could use 0.__ as versions so that 1.0 will be the released version. Beta versions would be in 0.__ versions, while released versions would be in 1.0+ version.

I think they r right also i removed unused data.

Working on 1.0b now.

All changes you do can u type them in the changelog i made. The changelog is in the credits info thing in the triggers.

Hexcellion i maded it using pic that Shanghai given to me i deleted it after i maded loading,nice story man long but nice i did what i choud whit tooltips hope you cept some god ones 3 or 4 :),after all your spelling is 2 times better than mine.
And i think that all charged items are the same there are 4-5 that are difrent Hexcellion did you noteced tham to ?

i still found the weird bug in the beta map i killing my self again and the killing streak is no error now it's good but it's still having another weird bug like when i kill my self it's get writted like this
zlowly(pudge) killed zlowly(pudge) hero for 90 gold!
and i have another bug
one pudge AI is get in the wall and he can't get out.
and yeah i fight with one pudge and when he's wanna run away his friend hook him and it's get write like this
Player 8 (Pudge) killed Player 9 (Pudge) hero for 260 gold!
and then when i lose i'm choosing the good force when my main base get destroyed
"Victory to the darkness! Light is forever hidden."
but in my screen it say victory not lose
ah still having many bug and having many to fix...
and please fix the rot icon in status when get used in status the rot icon is mana shield

There are only some DotA items added here because the hero came from DotA itself. We added like only 10 items from DotA, and used custom items for the rest, so I don't see the problem in that. Plus, some DotA items were actually normal items found in the object editor, like Slippers of Agility, Wraith Band, etc.

It's not like we're using all of DotA's items in the game, we're only adding some special ones like Tarrasque: a must have for every butcher player, and maybe an Aghanims to strengthen Dismember.

That's why there are stages called Beta, and Alpha. We're not yet releasing this, since this is still in development. Once triggers are done, items are done, skills are done, and some bugs have been fixed, then it'll be time to release this map.

I see. Thanks for the compliment, and what charge items? I didn't see charged items in there, I only fixed some skill tooltips, and only looked at some of the items. I have yet to fix item tooltips.

Does items has a combination ?

there's something wrong about the tooltips on some items check them out ...

The items don't fit their effects: Manipulating Jar sounds more of a telekenesis-ish, controlling something/body-ish. Maybe Thrusting Jar, and Bloody Axe also makes people think of it as a lifesteal item, dps item, or even a tank item. Maybe Empowering Axe or Empowering Staff would fit, I'll think of names to fit the names of the current items in the map.

I could do the tooltips, just give me the names of the items, I won't do it in World Editor, since I'm a bit busy playing this map I named Beyond Darkness.

There are no recipes/combinations, because Shanghai wanted it to be simple and easy to play for newbs/noobs.

Oh, I see, it does fit him. Well, what's Bloody Massacre? Pudge's dismember renamed? Or another skill?

And Shanghai, I can't open the file in WE so you could just pm me in Skype with the list of items, so I'll provide tooltips for 'em.

Oh, those stuff. It's up to you to do that, because you know how the game works, how to balance it, and stuff, so I'll leave making the item data to you. I really haven't played the game, because I'm busy with school and other things, so I'm only able to help with tooltips for now, like their descriptions such as: "This bloody axe was used by the most fierce warriors among the orcs, and has been tinted with blood all over it. It signifies the wielder's victim's blood, and his, which he used until the end of their war with other races." I can't do the item data tooltips like: "Gives 38 damage," for now, because as I said, I can't access WE. I'll do those next week, and the item tooltips right now.
