We will filter people who make up excuses not to work on the project (personal life, other projects blablabla)
Members who are over active one day and then inactive for 2 weeks are also to be avoid.

Sweet, i saw what u did so far on the site by reducing the banner url. Looks good.
Now, i am pretty sure that Tylon will form the foundation of the clan, for everyone else, ull have to prove urself over time to become a permanent team member.
I am currently working on a ranking system. We will also have personal banners, based on your abilities and rang.

When i was at Blizzcon 09 they had a starcraft 2 match on a huge map but only did 2v2 and when the match was waiting to start there was way more then 12. But then again i may be wrong since blizzard hasn't actually Said what the Official Max amount of players would be. but for sure idk i may of just thought i saw it. anyway wouldn't they up the number of players anyway?

How do you guys feel about using "Microsoft Office Groove" for project communication

I not really sure what Groove is, and I don't have Office.

It is for easily sharing files between our computers right?

EDIT: Another question, are we going to get a domain like .com or .net for our website? Only cost $9.95/year - 83 cents/month - 12 cents per person/month.

File sharing, picture sharing, calendar, sketchpad, instant messaging, you can see who is online, create and fill in forms (like age, name, country), discussion boards.
All that peer to peer, synched when people are online.
You can download "Microsoft Office Blue" with torrents, its like 560 mb

Another problem is that I am using a Mac, and I can't find anything about Groove for Mac.

EDIT: Maybe we can use Box.net instead? It's free, and everything is done through the web browser.

Ok, ive checked Box Lite. Its very basic.
Ive also noted that microsoft has released a free beta of office 2010, including SharePoint Workplace (its a new name for Office Groove)
Normally they also made a mac vers, it should work until October 2010
Its rlly an amazing prog when you learn to use it

another question is how big a file is it cause if its over 10MB its gona kill my internet.

I don't think it works like that, the files in Google Docs isn't synced with a folder on your computer. You only download a file when you manually choose to download it.

Office 2010 is free until october 2010, are you sure u dont want to install boot camp and switch to windows 7?

After doing some research, i have found a handy app named crossover Mac
http://www.codeweavers.com/products/cxmac/
This app will allow you to install and run windows apps, like Microsoft Office 2007 blue edition, that includes groove.
You can download the file here http://katz.cd/download/4998240/App/CrossOver-8-0-3-Mac-OS-X/ , im also uploading it to google docs.
I can upload Office 2007 Blue to Google Docs if you cant find it

For now, ive only added Tylon to Google Docs (see "Folders Shared With Me" )

Yup, I already have CrossOver installed. I'm downloading Office 2007 blue at 1.3MB/s (estimated time: 6 minutes) right now.

Groove is only an option, im not rlly sure if we will get it off. It's a lil more comlex than google docs, plus the files only get shared when the users are online. On the other side it has a very nice interface and instant messaging.
It can be a requirement for managers and clan leaders, with all other team members using google docs

Go here and click "Get Started" or "Kom Igång" if your browser is set to Swedish. Then create an account. After that, tell me the account name you created. Like "[email protected]" or something.

Nope, all Office program works, but not Groove. :-/

Yeah, I know DW is really complex, and that it will take a long time. But I think it will be worth it. ;P
