Profile Fieldset

This is not 100% bug, more of a neglection. I noticed that the fieldsets used to link stuff in a person's profile are not styled with the rest of it, and some text too. If you see my profile, the fieldset that connects the "Post a VM" and "Send a PM" links is almost not visible (in the contact info tag).

The same happened with the text that shows the info about Picture Uploads in the Album.
