PROBLEM IMPORTING CUSTOM BUILDINGS to WE

I trimmed and re-skinned these models for my upcoming project: townhall/keep/castle, arcane castle (the custom upgrade-able one here on hive), and SWS castle (off that one russian site).

As you can see, they show up fine in MDIVis and WC3 Editor however when I import to WE, townhall/keep/castle & SWS castle show up invisible except team color planes + arcane castle cannot be loaded. Tried optimizing but still same issue...

Hopefully its a minor tweak that needs fixing. If anyone's up for it- I'll email you the files to check them out.

FYI, Once these are working I'll post onto the Hive. Also darker colors match @mike 's upgrade-able building set.

Got the Arcane Castle to work, however the portion of it that borrows the townhallcastlekeep skin is invisible... The other two models are still invisible except team color... Maybe something about the new skin I made could be messing it up? All three models share the townhallcastlekeep skin.

Just redid everything from the original models, still having the issue...

I think its related to the custom townhallcastlekeep skin though because I just did a custom skin for the high elf archer and I had the same thing happen- invisible model except the team color. Fixed it though- Apparently it was invisible because I blacked out the gold orb on the ends of the bow. Once I restored it, the model worked fine. Problem is, I didn't black out any part of the townhallcastlekeep skin, just a color tweek... not sure how I messed up that skin.

I mean the texture might nave no non-team color part. Why don't you just upload it?

See, team color works this way: you have some parts of your model made to be solid blocks of team color. They have your texture plastered on top of them, and the team color shows where you have transparent or semi-transparent bits in the texture.

Files uploaded ... Didn't upload the Arcane Castle skin because its working except for a part that borrows the castle skin. +Rep Thanks for the help.

Bump, should I move this to Textures Forum Section since the texture is probably the issue?

EDIT: Fixed, my computer is messing up or maybe the software is outdated. Will upload my stuff soon, also have all of Mike's models if he won't reupload maybe I can.
