I got a huge problem. Whenever I place a building, the ground underneath it rises. What the hell is wrong there? I didn't do it manually, just happened when I spawned a building, and it doesn't seem to stop!

Try removing the flattern terrain action on the actor creation event of the actor the building uses.

For some reason it may think the building terrain is not flat unless it is like that. Removing this event/action should remove all ability the building has to flattern terrain and thus prevent this from happening.

it happens when the you make the terrain dip below 0 with the terrain mesh tools (raise/lower/smooth), if you place a building it will raise the terrain under it to 0.

Sorry but your post makes no sense.
What is an OP?
What is the built-in option?
What are you talking about?

OP = Original Post or Original Poster depending on context

A built-in option means something that came with the editor so you don't have to make it yourself from other things.

I don't want to spend forever making a picture to describe things but: You know how (typically) when you build a house, you've got to clear the land and make sure the ground is flat when you put in a foundation? That's what I'm talking about. In my old Warcraft III maps I tried to generate buildings out of destructibles which each consisted of individual building parts like a floor tile, a wall, a wall with door slot, a door, a wall with window slot, a window, a part of a roof, a ceiling (same thing as floor tile but raised). If the terrain wasn't flat underneath though it would look all screwed up, so I could only do maps with flat terrain since I had no way to flatten it ingame. That old problem can be circumvented it seems in SCII, as demonstrated by your post.
