Hi everyone, I'm really sorry for taking up some small space on THW for this stupid question but I need to solve a debade between me and my friend. We were wondering, what's stronger, Pepsi or Coke (ex: If Pepsi is stronger Coke is sweeter and vice-versa). So all we need you to do is poste one word; Pepsi if you think Pepsi is stronger and Coke if you think Coke is stronger.

TYVM for the help!

Both taste like shit and are unhealthy as hell. People drink it only because the media tells them to do so.

No. Because I and im sure certain other people would agree. Coke (when fresh) has a refreshing bite, it has nothing to do with the media im sorry. Thats like saying people drink alcohol ONLY because it portrays them to be badass.

Coke is stronger, pepsi is sweeter, alot sweeter.

It all depends where and what form you get it. Dispenser, warm bottle, cold glass bottle etc.

Both are horrible international drinks. I prefer my own country's "cola" drinks.

Agreed. I fucking don't get why people drink "cola" drinks when they are eating something. Water, wine or even milk is better with food. Hamburger + cola = Fail, MacDonalds = Fail.

I dont know why you would suggest wine when wine is horsepiss. People only drink wine to get drunk.
Wine is very good, but of course it's up your taste. We can't argue with our tastes. I agree that it first tasted very bad, but now it's good because I'm used to it. Exactly same happened when I drank cola for first times.

People just don't drink wine to get drunk(well of course some). It's "sophisticated" drink.

Im just being sarcastic and deliberately ignorant since you angered me by not reading my post in response to zombie.
You talk as if all coke and pepsi is horseshit/awful officially for everyone and wonder why people drink it after I just explained my own personal reasons for evidence.

Coke and pepsi can be described as a "lolly" drink and it gives you a good yet short boost of energy to use which is far more decent than water, milk or wine for purposes involving energy. Since its a take away food surplus drink, one would suggest they are moving about when obtaining it correct? Hence, its beneficial use for being put along side fast food meals.

Water just hydrates you, thats it, no nutritional value besides that, wine... i dont like wine, and passing out wine with meals like macdonalds or whatever isnt realy smart. And milk is an aweful side drink with a meal. Milk goes with sugary treats, not salty, starchy meaty food.

Though I've been semi-sarcastic, I'd like to disagree with you. Despite my choice of words was not exactly correct, Coke is pretty much a commercial product, if it wasn't adverised so much, or you couldn't get it from more sources than you can get water, I don't think it would be so popular. Of course, it decreases your thirst, but only because the acid destroys your mouth and the carbonoxides fill up your stomach.

I also have to say that even though not ALL people drink to look badass, MOST do it either to get drunk or to look badass. Water and juices are much better.

I dont know why you would suggest wine when wine is horsepiss. People only drink wine to get drunk.

Wine is perhaps the only alcoholic beverage they drink as a custom and an escort for meals. Cheap, canned wine is a totally different issue. I don't like wine either, despite that.

Though you have a point, juices hold nutritional value and are much healthier, even if you drink the standard-issue Tesco Value ones.

Im sorry, but thats stupid. The media doesnt MAKE people drink it. It only advertises it, it never MAKES people drink it. Thats my point. Saying such a thing is really stupid, of course no one would buy it it if they never heard about it =_=

It does not MAKE people drink it. It just "helps" them select which product to choose when they face a drink vendor. The unhealthy influence such a product has throughout the world, despite its effects is what really bothers me. Kids for example would rather drink coke than orange juice, only because the little guy in the TV tells them to do so.

Coke is stronger in taste and also stronger carbonated... Pepsi tastes a lot like a light Coke.

Btw, i guess you can drink wine for the taste cause i don't see how you could get that taste without it. But people say they drink beer only for the taste should RLY drink malt then and see how they like it.

And euuh. Zombie? ... Coke tastes sweet aint that enough reason to drink it...

I'm not really used to these really sugary drinks, but I can take them anytime. I like both Pepsi or Cola, but what is the difference. I just had given a Pepsi for free by my friend to hydrate myself, but I didn't really drink it because I thought it wouldn't help much anyway.

not true, i havent seen a commercial in years since i lost my TV but i still drink pepsi and coka-cola because i think it tastes good.

That is ENTIRELLY false, soo, so many children choose to drink juices besides coke. I was at McDonalds the other day (I don't want to get in a conversation about McDonalds at all) and a child's father asked him if he wanted Coke or Apple juice and he said "Appo Joos" also, do you remeber drinking Coke when the little guy on TV told YOU to?
