New resources are submitted every single day, and people post tons of comments all the time.

and yet...
ITS irc channel is silent as the graave. Whats wrong ?
Come online and have a nice chat with all the people

You can't write a schedule for the chat. Noone knows when they'll be on. The best thing is to keep it running in the background.

Nope, everyone can enter the channel everytime (btw there's always a mod online, never saw the channel without one). To your problem with connecting, I hope someone else more experienced to IRC knows an answer.
