patch 1.30 can't transmute items ?

hi guys, was playing this map again today, having a blast

but somhow me and my friends can't get to transmute items like normal, we put in correct slot course'

the circle do appear color based on player color

then we click transmute, the Dryad just pop that "wispy effect" sound but no item created, we was assure that was all normal items, no quest item and etc.

So is this a known bugs or we just trippin or sthing
