Own forum area?

I wish I just had a place where I could make tutorials for myself. Just so I could practice writing stuff. Would also be good if it was possible to show stuff to others, but without it being public. Only with the link or something similar.

There's no public demand for what you request, so there's pretty much no chance it will get implemented. The pastebin is the best you can use; it works with the same coding system, it's linkable and editable.

Yeah I would definitely want my own forum area. It'd be like off-topic but without any rules, expect talking about Warcraft 3 would be banned.

I think Microsoft released a private forum some years back called 'Word'. They keep it relatively updated, so if you're interested, you should check it out on Google.
