[Question] How do I start my own Organization or Private Play of my RP?

erm...

Hi.. i wonder if how could start my Own Rp Organization or Private play of my own RP

cuz.. I don't have any Triggers or anything that i can open any RP maps
usually my Top Priority is to borrow a Map and modify it.. and private play...
or i should ask the Owner of the Map if i could upload it to net..

my Reason is...

I want to add some models that are not included like Mecha Animes
arrange few stuffs or create an Empire Stuffs

oh please.. maybe if someone could share me some tools or any possibilities to edit a map...
ill ask you permission if i could upload it to net or
make something that you are the owner or some signatures that you own the map!!
