Overusing Doodads

Im interested what are the bad sides of overusing doodads and destructibles(i've used twice more than the limit allows).Does it only increase the map size,or does it also cause lags etc. If anyone has any experience with this,it would be really helpful.

And yeah,im using UMSWE for this.Does using this program also cause lags and glitches?Because i heard WEU does.
 
UMSW=WEU tool=creates bugs.
The maker says:
"Laut PitzerMikes Aussagen auf Wc3Campaigns, ist der Editor leider veraltet. Er wird keine neuen Patches für spätere Versionen rausbringen und rät keinem dazu den Editor weiter zu benutzen, da zum Beispiel viele der Funktionen aus den Advanced Triggern leaken. "
Translation:
PitzerMikes said that the editor is old. There will be never again new patches for new version and he says that all should use the normal WE, because for example the Advanced triggers leak.

also its bugged as hell because of no new versions.

I will try to dividide the maps doodad count with 4.

Well its 128x128,you should know,youve worked on it lol :)

So,i should do the terrains all over again?

Well,i just removed all of the shrubs from the terrains and now i reduced the doodads from 12000 to 4000,it still looks pretty nice,even without them.By the way,don't edit the map you got before because i did some major trigger and object updates in the meanwhile.

Im done with exactly 50% of the terrains so far.Send a pm when you want to continue with your work :p

Well if you use the optimize tool it won't lag...well not that i ever exprience anyways. Before you remove those, should try asking a few friends playing it with you see if it lags.

Well,8000 shrubs in a 64x64 space was too much anyway.Ill just re-add about 300 of them with a bigger scale.

You can get no limits on doodads with NewGen as well. Its not like everything WEU does is going to cause the end of the world. I myself used WEU up until a couple of months ago. It still was working fine, some features no longer worked, but besides that, I never had a map crash or corruption. Still Jass New Gen dominates WEU.
