Kwaliti:
I like where the skin is heading, but you have some serious contrast issues on the body which make it really, really flat. Try to exaggerate the natural top-down shading.

The only problem with this is the shield. This deserves a linked model with a custom, better wrapped shield as an attachment using this texture which could be attached within the editor to a unit using this skin to really match the quality of the rest of it.
If you want, I could try to whip something up.
3/5 for now, but nearly 4/5 material.
Edit: 4/5. Nearly 5/5 material.
After initially struggling ferociously to make the helmet textures to transition smoothly, I decided to make a golden bar going horizontally so I would not have to deal with the transition. Later, I decided the bar looked out of place since I wanted to keep the helmet relatively simple.
I used a gradient to make the transition legitimate even with my high contrast brushes.
After finishing the helmet, I attempted to use the same metal style for the chest, but the hilarious wrap would not allow it. I decided to make a new chest.

I was annoyed when the new chest did not match the metal of the helmet and lacked gold embelishments.
I updated it because he needed leather boots.
@ InfernalTater, I may consider using this for a separate model with you. I'm still deciding how I feel about the shield.
I like your shield, but it needs mesh for the golden border to stick out from it instead of the whole shield just being a textured sheet. That's not your fault, so it doesn't affect my rating, but it's something that could be made better with an optional attachment; I think some people would appreciate it.
You've done a splendid job. Even on the legs, which are a real problem for most people. I'd love to see this skin used on some higher quality footman models.
Upping my rating to a 4/5. It's close to getting a 5/5.
