It's a bit confusing, Scyth-Master.

What do you mean "donation" like upload the sounds into a thread?
  • Only certain file types are allowed.
  • How would members use the files?
  • Site Discussion may not be the best place to develop this project.
  • Let's consider moving it to the Sound / Music Art forum, I'd like to see some more activity there.
  • Let's also hear what the Chieftain has to say.

OK, maybe I should make this clear, I have finished all of these, and need some requests for new ones. Any ideas? And information will tell you how to use these in-game, as well as a read-me file that will have tutorials on sound importing/exporting and recording/triggering.

so you want people to go out in there backyard and bang swords together and record it to upload onto the site. im all into the original thing but i think in regards to sounds, thats a bit much dont you think.

i understand that there are some that you can do yourself, the slide kitty slide map i did had my own sounds that i recorded from my cat and myself. im speaking of ambience. say someone makes a single player rpg and need some nice ambience to liven up the scenery. in that case i can see using a soundset from wow. in underwater maps it will be greatly aided by some ambience to make you feel like your really underwater. i dont think someone will drown themselves to get that perfect underwater sound.
