Well, depending on how "simultaneous" you need it to be, this kind of thing could be triggered. Creating a dummy unit to cast the second spell would work. Or triggering the whole thing so a single cast fires a trigger to handle both effects. Depends on the specifics of what you're trying to do.

How can one unit cast two spells simultaneously?
If you're trying to do this with a Dummy unit you need to make sure that it's setup correctly.

Make sure it's Movement Speed, Art Animation - Backswing, and Art Animation - Cast Point are all set to 0.

This should result in a Dummy unit that doesn't need to turn to face it's target, as well having a 0 second delay when casting a spell.
