If they don't have the file they can not download or play the map. I don't want that. Period.Random bnet users can also have the file and if not, all you gotta do is download it and place it in wc3 folder

Maybe it's a time to change storage logic? I mean players can obtain mounts at low levels, but they can not place them somewhere - only sell to trader or keep in backpack (-1 slot)....
- you can only have one mount active at the same time; you basicly buy them like an ability scroll and learn them via a click; then you can summon the mount directly from the hero command card. If you want to use a different mount, you must "activate" that first by clicking on the item to swap the equipped mount skill

Yes, but as I said, this is probably going to take a while, some of the new skills are pretty complicated to make in order for them to feel polished.SO does that mean that the mount system is finished, and we're just waiting on a couple of skills at this point to test out the mount system and new ability system?
