Old Custom Campaigns are not Opened in WE or WEX

Hi. I have searched a thred related to this issue, but did not found.
I cannot launch via 1.28-1.30 Warcraft any of my custom campaign.
Neither WEX nor WE of 1.28 cannot open even the DemoCampaign.w3n - Exodus of the Horde.
Was this issue discussed anywhere?
