[General] <Object Id, Field Id> for Tooltips

It seems these notations no longer work in the Reforged World Editor. They all return 0 as values, even the original ones.

And I just now found out about an auto fill feature that I only noticed now... Oh well, I generate everything by code anyways, so the feature is useless to me.
