Night elf Archer skin not showing up??

Greetings there and thank you for taking your time!
I am having a slight problem here, i reskinned a night elf archer and the deal is, when i import her ( i tried 2 ways )

Textures/ranger.blp
and
units\NightElf\Archer\Ranger.blp

And both works slightly, here is the deal.
It gets imported and the Portrait works fine but the skin itself when you look at it ingame doesnt change at all!! Only the portrait changes, what am i doing wrong? Anyone have ANY idea at all? Help will be appreciated and credits will be given!

Have you tried Textures/Ranger.blb with capital "R"? I am not sure but there could be a difference..
