Mayhaps it should be limited to recreating/creating stuff necessarily similar to stuff in Diablo 2/3 in order to stop people from creating all sorts of stuff and saying it's from Diablo.

Well, a monster or hero / npc from diablo would be restricting enough, if one does a monster that looks little like one from diablo, one could post a image of the monster from diablo, right?
