Yeah, I think the topic says all

I need a spellmaker for my map - spells should ofc MPI/MUI and Jass/vJass [because I think it's the best way to create them in Jass/vJass]

I said a "good" spellmaker, because I need not imba ultra difficult spells, but some which need some skills =)
