I have antivirus Avira and yesterday when i was scanning my antivirus has noticed that .exe was virus "Patched.Trojan. what is the problem is it real virus or the antivuris calculet like virus??

Most likely "false positive".
I don't know Avira tho, so can't say honestly if its False positive.
