My Computer has a Virus

Title says it all. The Virus is called Antivirus Live, it is a Rogue Anti Virus that installs itself on your computer, and tells you that your computer is infected. This is not true though, its just trying to trick you into buying the program. However it blocks you from running all programs. So my AVG and everything is useless. I've had two Rogue Anti Virus programs before, my tech guy got rid of them. But I'd like to take a crack at it myself. Suggestions? I've been looking around online but I've had little success. I have Malware Bytes' already downloaded, which is required for get rid of any virus really, but unlike my last virus, it is blocking my programs out. I'm guessing I should probably go into safe mode right?

Try to boot in safe mode and then turn your virus scanner up.

Let Windows Defender do a scan over your computer XD

Seek through your maps on your hard disks, when you find a strange map or a map that is named the way the virus thing is then you open the map and rename the file(s) to something stupid so it doesn't work anymore and then try to delete it.

1.Put ya firewall up
2.If ye get it again, do Xarwin said
3.If that fails, do this. Search for it and delete it manually!!!
4.If that fails get your tech guy.
Oh and inform the antivirus companies, so they can find a way against it.

Running your computer in safe mode and then running your antivirus will most likely fix it since safe mode only loads the files which are needed to run your computer.

I believe returning to a previous saved backup point of your computer also works.

1) Locate your OS installation
2) Prepare for a complete re-installation

Best way to deal with viruses just incase they have a backup program which floods or causes even more great damage to your computer,
