My dummy caster unit don't want to cast 2 spells in a row

My dummy unit has flying movement type, 1.00 turn rate and 0.00 casting time and 0.00 casting animation.
So I think "COOL! THAT WILL WORK!" but then when I have more than just one unit in the unit group the caster dummy will only cast a spell once on only one unit.
How to fix this?

it's supposed to have 0 movement speed, so instead of turning and moving, it casts the spell even if not facing the target.
And as casting animation I hope you mean Cast Point

Either what Nichilus said or you got some problem with your spell (e.g. a nonzero cast time).
