I like both genres. In fact, I like any genre. If we were pitting a 5-star comedy against a 5-star action, I'd still inevitably go see both. If I had to choose only one to see at the time, it'd usually depend on the subject matter or some other tangential detail. The only time I'd really use genre as a deciding factor is if I'm deciding based on my mood that day, and that's obviously something that varies widely.
