Ive already tried asking skrab, devine, dondustin, dan van ohlus and blinkboy, none of them can do it. If someone with a legitimate amount of modeling experience would like to judge, ask us.

TDR is still the best model maker and model judge on the Hive. It's a long shot, but maybe you could get him to judge.

The only other people that qualify are mechanical man and kofi banan.

There's also Py but he's the arena mod.. not sure how that would work.

Hard to decide between the Prowler and the Ursa Major,but I think that the General's tank is better.

Fan's NE tank is in MDL format. The entries should be MDX's.
Furthermore, coverted to MDX, it crashes Warcraft III and the World Editor.

omg, sorry! I accidently took the false model and uploaded the mdl format. anyway, the crash is new to me. here's the 'map' where I made the screenshot for the submission (it's the contest-version, not the newer one!!!!) anyway, the bug doesn't exist there:

I haven't looked at the animations, but it's just a load of cylinders + tetrahedrons + cuboids etc with a texture without much/any variation. It just doesn't look appealing.

man, you just must live with that. I'm happy with my 5 votes it's just, that your tank isn't that great, you need to accept that. you need to live with that, when Anarchianbedlam or GF or the other tank-specialists are in the contest, most of the people will vote form them. life is like that.

It is not that bad. It is just that people are seeing this as a texturing contest as well instead of a modeling contest, aka, creativity, use of polygons, optimization, and smoothness of animations. Which in general should outweigh a bad texture. But apparently it does not in most peoples eyes.

Judge scores can change the fact about which goes first...even if its just a 0.01 point difference (thats up to the judges)

it has to be correct and all, don't know the proper event of judging, but I'm shure it HAS to take so long.

Last contest had 5 models and we had to wait more than one month for the results, many has 6 or 7 at max. 10 are a bunch, but I'm almost done with it.

Eh, its probably for the better, a lot of people are ending their school year at the moment, so a lot of people are dealing with finals. Just as long as illidan finishes sometime this year ... :/
