So, I’ve been a modeler for a while, I’ve made several models for warcraft 3, I’m new here, this model in particular has parts taken from other games, technically it’s just a mesh, I was editing this model for a cinematic that I want to make, but when I put it in the game, some parts are invisible, I thought it was the textures, I did several tests of different colors with different shapes, but it didn't work, I thought it was the mesh-related bones but the trunk bone is linked to clothes too , the most curious thing about this is that only the skin disappears, the head and the clothes stay there, please help me, i've done everything but i don't know how to solve it, it would be a shame to have wasted my time.

I will leave the model in case anyone wants to analyze

Your first Geoset is simply too high-poly for Warcraft 3 (almost everything of the model is in that first geoset). You should consider breaking it down into more manageable pieces to get the game to accept it more readily.

Does anyone know what the actual maximum is?
I would have imagined it's 2^16 vertices, seeing as that's literally the maximum index you can get in the triangles, since they are 16bit unsigned integers, however that geoset has 29059 vertices.
The issue seems to be at the very least up to and including version 1.30.4, I am not sure what's between that and 1.32.5, nor do I have those game clients ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
