It looks something like the Jungle Stalker, just its torso and arms are massive compared to the rest of its body and the claws fit the arms, big and scary!

Hell yeah! I might as well add that the end product should look gruff, muscular, and dangerous, all the while still having the charm and grace of a faerie dragon.

...Are you kidding me? You didn't even try.
Lightnings are internal models which CAN NOT be accessed OR edited. They are hardcoded into the game. All lightnings can be changed to other lightnings. As in, chain lightning can use the Life Drain or Finger of Death lightning model. Lightnings can only be overwritten with textures.
