Hey Hive, Leeroy is back at producing terrains. I seen that there was a mini contest, which theme actually is Elves.

Okey, let's do the introduction to the terrain.

The Elves are spirit similiar to humans, tall and thin but very strong and really fast. Their intelligence it's superior to any other being and they actually are able magicians but, expecially, architects. Their titanic constructions are always in common with nature and their buildings can be found on trees.

Since my terrains cannot be compared to Void's or Raid's, I think this time I did a good work. Feedback + comments, thanks.

P.S: This could NOT be my final submission.

Too much moon light. Make a few tiny regions wide spread and have moon light coming down in a few places, hopefully to highlight your favorite structure.

Other than that it is a very nice artistic rendering of the time before the Well was sundered and thus the world was shattered, Ashenvale perhaps. The histories are found here History of Warcraft - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft.

It least I immediately thought of the ruins scattered about in WOW's version of Ashenvale when I looked at your pictures.

In the second image you did a great job of blending the tinting of the archways to the statue on top of that tower. Personally I always have trouble matching tints of Ashenvale structures and props to cityscape structures like arches.
