Might and Magic!

Anyone enjoy Might and magic game 6-8 like I did. All the parody stuff in there, and such. These games were extremely fun to play. Anyone else a fan of the some-what glitchy Might and Magic games?

Unfortunately, I've only gotten my hands on the Heroes of Might and Magic series, not the Might and Magic series itself.

Heroes of might and magic 3 is the best game in the might and magic series, and one of the greatest of all games

Well, heroes of Might and Magic, and Might and Magic, are diffrent games. They take place in the same area, but they are diffrent types. Might and Magic is a kind of "First person Shooter", while Heroes of Might and Magic is a Turn-Based game.

indeed, but they're in the same universe and the story evolves continuously, from one game to another regardless if it's m&m or heroes of m&m.
Likewise, I only played (and still play!) Heroes.

Somwhat. Though, its not like your fighting the Kreegans in heroes of might and magic. The stories arent really the same. You may see one character from Might and Magic in Heroes, or Vice Versa, but the stories dont really "evolve" together.

played MM6, MM7, MM8, HOMM3, HOMM5. I most liked MM7 (For blood and honor) and HOMM3, though I liked HOMM5's graphics (awesome style).

Only played Dark Messiah, i´ve seen from screenshots that the might and magic series are like the lands of lore but i´ve never had the chance to play m&m.... except dark messiah but that doesn´t really count *different world and gameplay*.

well i played it before playing oblivion (tes 4) after i played the elder scrolls 4, the dark messiah cd is now rotting on the desk

How are older might and magic games? Do they have first person view, how is combat system?

when i was little i got a might and magic game ( i think 4 or 6 dont remember) it was a first person view but i didnt know how to play XD
