Map version management[Suggestion]

I don't know if you're familiar with Nexusmods but I would find useful to have something like them to manage the different versions of my map.
For those who don't know what i'm talking about its something like this:

You can upload multiple files to your same thread. The problem is, why would you want more versions? Are they that different from each other?

Well its true that this would only be useful in a few cases, in my case I would like to be able to have a category where I can put less-stable versions with new features so people can actually help testing the changes if they want to and regular users can just play the last stable version.

Also for maps such as Gaias until blizzard removed the 8mb cap it would have been useful to add a optional category with the extended version or the optional content.
