Map Testing

Hey !
Quick question : do we have to close and open again the game each time we test a map from the world editor ?
I come from the SC2 editor where we can actually keep the game open, the editor just load the map and not the full game when testing, which is a lot faster.
So i was wondering am i missing something or do we really have to open and close the full game for testing in warcraft 3 ? cause i like testing after every tiny changes i make
