Low spec games

So Gta 5 was released today, but sadly my laptop is total shit and wont be able to run it. So i was wondering does anyone know any other Gta alike games that i can run. My laptop specs are:
Video card: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz
Ram: 3,1 GB
And just a warning dont suggest games like elder scrolls cause i am only looking for open world games very similiar with Gta and maybe Saints Row too. And i have searched for games like gta, but sadly most of them are demanding as hell.

San Andreas can absolutely be run by most PC's today including yours I think. Its map is really big and it takes skills to finish it without cheats or even with cheats.

Try out Mafia (the first one). It's not helluva game, as it's definitely more limited them San Andreas, but it has great story and it's fun.

Hmm well im pretty sure i could run the second one too, but i care more about the free roam gameplay than the story.

i already tried SaintsRow 2 and 3. SaintsRow 2 has much more lag than SaintsRow 3.

Yes i know. Saints Row 2 has something really fucked up, but sadly Saints Row 3 crashes.
Edit: So i have a new question. I am picking between these games, but which one should i get?:
Mafia II
Just Cause 2
And hell ive seen some guys even freakin play Far Cry 3 on a pc shittier than mine and actually my graphics card is pretty good compared to some ohter intel graphics cards. The main problem is that my processor is total garbage. Its really bad compared to other intel processors.
