Anyway, I've been busting my ass with the walk animation, until I got something that satisfies me. It needs a couple of tweaks and I'm done. :D

Hmm it may look better if the arm and sword wouldn't be almost still when moving and perhaps directing the sword a bit to the ground instead of being horizontal would look better.
But dunno what you got in mind for the finished version^^

Looking really great so far!

Walk anim needs work, me thinks. What I'd suggest is adding more rotation to the body depending on what foot he's on (swagger).

It was already in the works. :)

Looks rather fitting to WC3 models atm, didn't think it would be. If you relase it, be sure to posta low res and a high res version. Nicely done

I'm not arsing to make a low res version; If people like it, then they'll use it - if not, they'll gtfo. :)

The lower leg parts moves too fast when it comes to set foot on the ground. Further the sword should have a little bump and down due the path the upper body moves. The cloak moves through the left bracer. This model should have no issues, cause it looks fantastic. Would be bad if such minor things remain in such a great model.

thats not going to be noticed in game. you know that right?
 
This is so damn awesome. And the walk animation is pure sex. But my only suggestion is to add a Walk Fast animation, where he runs (but really kick-assly). If you have a Walk and a Walk Fast, people can use his awesome strut, but it also won't look hella weird when they try to have him move fast and he ends up power walking. But otherwise it looks very nice.

Stand 3 (Perhaps the one where he sticks frostmourne out, like in the WoTLK Cinematic)

Spell Alternate (Maybe)
Spell Channel

Yep, those are what I THINK would complete (and make your animating life miserable)

Stand 3 will most definitely be the one where he looks at Frostmourne, just like in WoW.

Walk fast will be the same run like in WoW.

So far, I've been planning these animations

Stand 1 Done
Stand 2 - Looks around Done
Stand 3 - Looks at Frostmourne
Walk Done
Walk Fast - Runs
Stand Ready - Holds Frostmourne in two hands
Attack 1 - Basic two-handed swing
Attack 2 - Underswings Frostmourne to the left, slices from top left to top right with one hand
Attack Slam - Feint swing into an overhead slam
Spell - Raises Frostmourne in the air
Spell Throw - Swings Frostmourne at his target.
Death - Gets hit into his midsection, stabs Frostmourne in the ground, drops on his knees, leans on it a bit, tries to get up and then drops face down.
Dissipate
