I've started working on Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green in C++ so I can export it to an IPA file, and register it to the App Store App Queue so it might be accepted, but I have problems with legality.
Is putting a disclaimer that I did not come up with any of the gameplay scenarios and graphics good enough to avoid having Nintendo filing a lawsuit?
I don't care if I /can't/ make a profit from this, I really want to make it.
I was only considering the fact that I might be able to actually profit from all of this.
I'm not very knowledgeable about Copyright (other than it's history and duration), so I need you guys to help me.
